I am so totally alone, it’s painful to think about… I am convinced it was meant to be.

I think we can all relate in one way to that feeling, when you are going through the grief process. I know I have often felt, was I born to be lonely? I believe though that human beings are born to love, that the ability to feel, the ability to love is what separates us from other species or even machinery! Loneliness takes hold when WE let it in.

Now there are days when it is fine to feel lonely, that is part of being human. However, what we have to be careful of as widows or widowers, is allowing the loneliness to take hold, of accepting that as a basic human feeling. I don’t think that is true. I think the basic human feeling is wanting to be loved and accepted, when that is not present then loneliness is the down side. So small steps may be needed to control that loneliness to allow love back into your heart.

Smile as you pass people in the street and see them smile back. Thank people. Talk to people when you are out and about. Just a quick sentence or a remark can start a conversation. Go to places where there are other people. Maybe i lose my mind on time!

Actually ,sth make me so down recently .Person have sth to be worried, health、feeling、money i think ,whether have anyting else ,maybe more.

In these day and night, a lot of wonderful film touch me deeply,that make me had imagined sth long time ago.

Seem that never apologize for what you have done,It was nobody's fault, just the time .

Sometimes，i don't know what i wanted and i do it for what.

Obviously,i'm a mess. Just go along with a style that's belong to me.

Usually said to myself that the situation was in hand, in fact it wasn't.

So i gonna change this in time , because i'm a adult!

Okay, that's all....

本想拿它来开心下的，把它放在键盘上，看它乱跑，还可以打字呢，开心的我不行。突然间，发现它目光呆滞，才觉得不对头，赶快移走它，悲惨的事情发生了。不但在我的键盘上拉粑粑，还拉了尿，真是崩溃了，更糟的是；键盘失灵了，哎，后悔当初没选择一个防水的，不过想象，即使能防水，也不一定能防尿，华硕的RD应该也不会考虑到这样的状况吧。于是赶快关机，然后吹风筒吹了，吹了将近1一个钟的时间，才慢慢有了好转，但是几个键都不是很灵了。哎，真是。。。
突然让我想到了一句话，开心也小灰，烦恼也小灰，呵呵，拿它和萧何比啊，真是一会欢喜一会忧啊。算啦，只是一只未成年的小动物，和它较劲的话，那我也太小气了。

从来都没有想过要养宠物的，一直没有。今天和往常一样，路过一间餐厅，打算试下这里的口味，顺便解决晚餐也方便以后多个餐厅选择。但是没想到的是，进去以后又无端端没了胃口，真是超级想不明白，就打算回去家里四楼波仔搞定晚餐，省的吃饱不想动弹。
结果一出餐厅，遇到一个挑着一些宠物的人，感觉象是四川人，也许是四川的棒棒军比较闻名吧。当然小灰也在其中，无聊顺口问了下多少钱，结果就被兔子吸引住了，感觉我好奇怪，本身我都不是特别喜欢兔子的。那人的肩上共有两只兔子，一只白的，一只灰的，看到它们那迷失彷徨的眼神和发抖的身体，一下子感觉自己有时何尝不是这样，茫然、不知所措。那人好像看穿了我的同情心一样，结果让我两只都买了好啦，结果。。。因为sales的基本sense驱赶着我的同情心，也考虑到我钱夹的厚度和以后要为之要付出double的辛苦，最后我选择小灰，另一方面考虑到灰色的兔子比较少，难道是灰色对应的控制基因是隐性！~
回来后，迫不及待的把卖主垫在笼子下面的报纸换掉，为此，我还牺牲了一条新毛巾，考虑的以后还需要换，我把毛巾剪成两端，方便以后换洗。忙活好后，也感觉我该吃饭了，顺便帮小灰打包晚餐。去到楼上，迅速决绝后，向店主要了点胡萝卜和白菜叶回来，看着小灰吃的很是爽，我也高兴的不行，开心啊.没想到我是这么有爱心的。

當然不是怕黑夜帶來的恐懼,而是怕暗夜帶來的孤獨感.

一種很難說清楚的感覺,好像自己被放逐在一個極大的空間中,找不到齣路,

迷茫中伴着孤寂的暗夜,令到自己透不過氣,更找不到歸途的方嚮.
